Thanks to the new crew in Auckland Council Property Maintenance.  The halls have been given some exterior maintenance with a soft wash on the buildings  and replacement decking on the Settlers Hall.       Good Meeting followed up with action – Love it!   It’s a noticeable improvement.   Thanks very much.

*The council owns our Halls and is responsible for capital projects  and the outside maintenance. Oratia R&R lease the halls and the grounds   and are responsible for interior maintenance.
