“We are pleased to present Wayne Colman of Superb Herbs who will give an insight into growing herbs commercially.

You will be surprised at the stringent requirements that are followed to deliver safe, healthy herbs to your table.

Our second speaker is  Allyson Gofton. Allyson has been cooking and writing about food for New Zealanders for over 30 years. In the mid-80s she was the assistant to internationally renowned celebrity chef Graham Kerr, before heading the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.

Becoming the food editor for Next magazine, a position she held for 17 years, was a career dream come true and during this time became well known as the presenter of “TV Food in a Minute” for 13 years. She was also food editor of New World magazine. She has written numerous books and recently returned from living in a village in France and she will be giving us a guided visual tour of her time there.

Afternoon tea will be supplied. Plant-trading table, raffle, plus home-made jams & relishes for sale (cash only, no eftpos).  We invite you to bring a friend.
