It’s a go!

Local Board Member, Greg Presland confirms that the board passed the resolution confirming transport budget expenditure for Oratia.

The project includes  a wider foopath/cycleway  on West Coast Road (Glengarry side of the road) and multiple pedestrian crossing upgrades including one between the school and halls.

There is also to be some further investigation  around connectivity for Parrs Park and Sunnyvale station.

When the Minutes are posted I will update this post with the specifics of the decison.

Thanks a bunch Waitakere Ranges local board! (Our local board members are: Sandra Coney, Greg Presland, Denise Yates, Steve Tollestrup, and Neil Henderson)
