Hi all  – Just a reminder to hire our lovely Halls.  With funding cuts to Oratia’s halls we are going to have to work harder than other communities to keep up services.  So book in for your club or event.     Email our  Hall Co-ordinator Audrey  on halls@oratia.org.nz  or Phone 889 0377

Oratia Halls are for Hire.  The Small Hall and Settlers  are both great venues with high ceilings and timber floors, kitchen facilities, a playground, new bathrooms, heating and  they back onto the domain and a rural setting.    The halls have a long history in Oratia.  The Settlers Hall was voluntarily built by the Oratia Settlers as a place to gather and have a party.  And the Small Hall is a category II listed heritage building.

The Oratia Small Church Hall and Settlers Hall are Oratia’s local community halls.   They are owned by the Auckland Council  and leased and run  by the Oratia R&R on behalf of the community.  All rental funds go back into the running of the halls and into the Oratia community.  Email our  Hall Co-ordinator Audrey  on halls@oratia.org.nz  or Phone 889 0377
