The Small Hall,  our treasured Category II heritage building –  a gift to Oratia from the Catholic Church,  has had some much needed restoration work to its interior.  The  mould on the ceiling has been treated and its had a fresh lick of paint over the summer.  It was a joint effort with Oratia R&R and Auckland Council splitting the cost half and  half.   Thanks to Auckland Council and the  Local Board for the generous Heritage funding grant of $4064.
