Welcome to the Jungle: Oratia and Glen Eden Bombed
This weeks graffiti bombing is just the latest issue in our increasingly run down public spaces. Waitakere Ranges Local Board, Auckland Transport and Auckland Council need to prioritise Glen Eden and the Foothills for some investment. Glen Eden Streetscaping and Economic Development in this years budget were cut, and where the money went instead will be reported next week. Thanks to Tag Out Trust for the fast response this morning and a super job fixing up our sign. It’s going to be a big days work.
The first step to positive change is to honestly name the problems.
Online complaints to Auckland Council can be made here.
